Community & Education
We devote ourselves to education, like a leaf supports the little caterpillar that gently crawls across her in the search of a place to become a butterfly. Just like the leaf that is light, mobile, flexible: we shiver with the wind, bend under the rain. We transform ourselves to fit into serving different communities. Without a tree, there is no leave, and without community, there is no us.
To create theatre, we are inspired by our community, people and things around us. To bring theatre into communities is to bring back what we have discovered and created and share with the people.

Our City in their eyes - Creating Theatre with Ethnic Minorities
This is a year-long project that started in Aug 2011.
A summer drama workshop was held at the centre where the participants are most familiar with. The first part of the projected ended with a short piece devised by the participants under the guidance of 2 project planner/facilitators.
The second half of the project will be in Dec 2011, a 3-day performing arts camp. Participants will have a chance to participate in acting, singing, dancing, mime, puppet & mask workshops. Mixing participants from summer drama workshops and inviting other children to join the camp, this project aims to create a cohesive group from different cultural/ethical backgrounds.
